The Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities Planning Partnership (MR/DDPP)

and share collective knowledge to promote healthy and meaningful lives for
people with mental retardation/developmental disabilities. The MR/DDPP members
developed the process and contributed significantly to the content of this
report. The Planning Partnership also planned, organized, and facilitated
