Community Dashboard

Goal:  Enhance the community’s well-being by developing a community-wide dashboard that provides a common framework for taking action together and for measuring our progress toward achieving a common vision.

Scope of Work:  Guide a collaborative process to develop a CAN community-wide dashboard. The dashboard will provide a short list of prioritized indicators that measures whether we are moving closer to our community vision.

Partners may use the dashboard to identify inter-related issues and key problems that require collaborative solutions.  A trend in the wrong direction will serve as a “warning light” to conduct further analysis. Partners and stakeholders may use the dashboard to consider how their individual plans and activities impact the larger picture. The dashboard will also help increase community awareness.

Deliverables: 

• Draft community-wide dashboard for consideration by the CAN Resource Council. 
• Draft process for maintaining and sharing the dashboard with the community.
