Physical health includes those conditions relating to the body,
as distinguished from the mind, which describe a person's ability to
function optimally without evidence of disease or abnormality. It is
a state of dynamic balance in which an individual's or group's physical
capacity to cope with all the circumstances of living is at an optimum
level (Stedman's Medical Dictionary, 1995).
