You are cordially invited to attend an Orientation that will cover what has been done to date, what we seek to achieve in Phase 3, and introduce you to the draft Plan Framework and Preferred Growth Scenario. It will also be a great opportunity to meet the Citizens Advisory Task Force, city staff as well as other people who share the same interests as you. In order to accommodate your busy schedule, we have set two Orientation meetings as shown below.
Where: City Hall Council Chambers (301 West 2nd Street)
When: Thursday, February 24, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Where: One Texas Center (505 Barton Springs Road), Room 325
When: Tuesday, March 1, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Both locations are well served by transit (http://www.capmetro.org/planner/) and plenty of free parking is available.
