As Case Managers most of us think we know how the children in our community are doing, but do we? Francis Deviney Ph.D. is the Texas Kid Count and Senior Research Associate at the Center for Public Policy Priorities (CPPP). For more than twenty years, CPPP has been a nonpartisan, nonprofit policy institute committed to improving public policies to better the economic and social conditions of low- and moderate-income Texans. Come and hear Ms. Deviney as she presents on the well being of children in Texas.
