Location: Seton's Administrative Offices (1345 Philomena Street). We will have the use of the east section of the auditorium located on the north end of the SAO. The auditorium is located on the first floor of the building.

At the membership meeting, the following members of the Membership Council will be elected:

· Vice Chair

· Affiliate Representative

The eleven member Membership Council serves as a liaison between the membership and the Board and oversees many of ECHO's functions, i.e., the Count, Planning, Homeless Resource Fairs, etc. I’ve attached the current ECHO membership list. To be eligible to vote you must be indicated with a “Yes” in the “Eligible to Vote” column. If that column is blank, I have received your membership form but am still awaiting payment.
