The Change 1 Conference is the second annual conference addressing violence in relationships. This is free training and attendance is encouraged by counselors, first responders, judges, law enforcement officers, nurses, parole officers, probation officers, prosecutors, school administrators, social workers, teachers, and victim advocates.
