The Rising American Electorate – unmarried women, people of color and young people – comprise 53 percent of the vote eligible population. We want to ensure that they turn out and participate in 2012 in numbers that reflect their strength. Join us as we examine the current operating environment and discuss the new tools and tactics we are employing to ensure the electorate is accurately represented in 2012.
