The Texas Network of Youth Services (TNOYS) has spent the last nine months working with youth, who have experience with the juvenile justice system, on a research project. The culmination of this project is a forum which will occur on Wednesday, April 25th from 1pm to 4pm at the Texas State Capital in the Legislative Conference Center. Youth will be presenting their ideas on how to change the system. Many recommendations involve mental health supports.
