My Health, My Voice Forum
Community Partners are helping to gather public input for the creation of a new Health Improvement Plan for Austin and Travis County. One such engagement activity includes a series of community forums. As a valued community partner we invite you and others in your organization, as well as those you serve in the community, to attend the My Health, My Voice Forum! The forums will be held the fourth Thursday of each month from February through September.The first meeting is on February 23rd at Reagan High School from 6 pm to 8 pm. The forums will include free health screenings and refreshments, information about services currently available, and an opportunity to share what kinds of services community members want to see.
