Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Coalition meeting

In addition to some important updates, we will be seeking feedback on how to focus our efforts as CAN implements their Work Plan and our community participates in the Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHA/CHIP). We will have information available to hopefully help us understand these efforts.
