City Council is holding it's second hearing on the Austin Energy Rate increase proposal on Thursday, February 2nd beginning at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers (City Hall - 301 W. 2nd St., Austin, Texas). People wishing to speak at the hearing may sign up for citizen's communication - 3 minutes of speaking time for each person.
