Open House Meeting #1 for Town Lake Park / Auditorium Shores / Butler Park
The Austin Parks and Recreation Department cordially invites the public to an Open House Meeting on the Proposed Master Plan Update for Town Lake Park/Auditorium Shores/Butler Park. The Open House Meeting will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011, 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Dougherty Arts Center, 1110 Barton Springs Road. A brief presentation on the project history, goals and opportunities will be conducted at 2:00 pm.
This initial meeting will inform the public about the current status of the site master planning process as well as introduce the design team to the community. The Broussard Group (TBG) will be developing the Master Plan in conjunction with the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department. Staff will provide a brief presentation, seek community input and ideas about the master plan for this vibrant park space.
