Presenters will explore the interplay between disability, homelessness, and the criminal justice system, focusing on collaborations to divert individuals into services leading to stability, as well as on strategies to address the employment and other barriers which result from "having a record."
Direct service providers, outreach workers, case managers, peer support specialists, project directors, supervisors, and team leaders can all benefit from this webcast. This webcast is co-sponsored with the U.S. Department of Labor's Veterans' Employment and Training Service and Syracuse University's Burton Blatt Institute.
