CAN is a partnership of governmental, non-profit, private and faith-based organizations which leverage mutual resources to collectively improve social, health, educational and economic opportunities in our community.
Each year, CAN and its partners review how our community is doing through the lens of the Community Dashboard and the Strategic Framework for Action. The following Work Plan was developed with input from the CAN Policy Palooza, CAN Community Council forums and recommendations, and the CAN Board Work Session.
